Content is one of the most important elements of any online asset. In particular, whether you are a full-fledge business or a sole proprietor running a small business, your website content is more critical than just having a set of images and words.
The website is almost central to most businesses in today’s massive world of digital commerce and e-information. This course will provide you with an overview of web content management systems that allow you to understand what may suit your business and your goals best.
Content is not limited to just images or words. Everything that is “consumable” by your website visitors – that is, the elements that they can see, hear, or interact are content. These include the colours, fonts, design and product images & elements, writing style and more. You will discover how to identify optimal content and approaches to content development that appeal to different target audience segments, as well as ensure an optimally operating web structure that enhances the overall visitor experience and interaction with your website, in turn elevating the responses you are targeting at.
