The continual acceleration of digitalisation and technological evolution means global barriers are continually lowered. This has brought positive change and advantages to both businesses and individuals, but also has certain impacts that need to be well managed in order to continue leveraging digitalisation to our benefit.
The Retail industry is highly sensitive to many factors from both local and global events. It is vital hence that retailers are well-equipped with the knowledge and skills that prepare them well to not just weather the constant changes from local and global circumstances, but to anticipate with better honed foresights.
