- Driving Digital Commerce Leads Generation: developing optimised digital advertising on Google and Facebook
- Implementing an Omnichannel Digital Commerce Business: creation of organic Content and execution of Paid Advertising
Course participants will acquire the following Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:
- Enhance the business Brand Image that drives competitive edge through clarity of business purpose and core value proposition, utilizing content management skills to create, curate, and manage web assets.
- Develop a Digital Marketing plan by applying insights from AI-driven market research and competitor analysis.
- Create content that drives marketing and sales objectives through applying content development and management approaches and planning frameworks.
- Generate content that engages target audience profiles optimally and that can be re-purposed across omnichannel platforms through use of effective prompt engineering with AI tools (chatgpt).
- Drive digital commerce sales leads generation by implementing set-up and development of ad campaigns on platforms including Google Ads and Meta (Facebook), and through executing the ad campaigns with applied data-driven insights, utilizing paid search engine marketing (SEM) techniques.
- Implement a digital omnichannel business presence on key Digital Commerce platforms that drives engagement and sales through organic content and paid advertising.
