This course on Omnicommerce through the SellStream equips retailers with the skills to implement an omnichannel strategy, leveraging emerging technologies to enhance customer engagement and business growth. Participants will learn how to capitalize on key eCommerce platforms like Lazada, Shopee and Shopify to drive performance, create and manage web assets, and ensure consistent communication across all touchpoints. The course also covers data collection and analysis, enabling smarter decision-making, and provides strategies for optimizing pricing, inventory, and distribution channels to maximize revenue. Additionally, learners will explore digital marketing, social media management, and integrated communication strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer experience.
By the end of the course, participants will gain key competencies in omnichannel strategy, data analytics, content management, and customer communication. They will learn to forecast trends, manage sales channels, and leverage technology to improve operations and customer experience, driving sales and growth.
