Asynchronous Project: 2 hours IMPORTANT NOTE: Students do not have to attend classes for their asynchronous project, but are expected to complete the assigned project at their own time. Completed assignments are to be submitted as advised by trainers.
1. Introduction to Visual Storytelling in Retail
2. Key Focus on Hero Product of Target Market
3. Trend forecasting and visual merchandising relevance.
4. Applying sensory elements (sight, sound, touch, etc.) to enhanced retail experiences.
5. Extending in-store storytelling to digital platforms to create a seamless, engaging experience.
6.Develop and present your visual merchandising storyboard
At the end of the course, learners will be able to:
1. construct visual merchandising storyboards that effectively convey brand themes, trends, and thematic stories to enhance customer engagement.
2. analyse and compile information from multiple channels to manage communication across customer touchpoints, creating a consistent and enjoyable shopping experience.
3. incorporate both physical and digital (phygital) elements into merchandising displays, bringing stories to life and increasing interaction with customers.
