Technical Reference 76 (TR 76) is the first national standard on guidelines for e-commerce transactions launched by the Enterprise Singapore (ESG) and the Singapore Standards Council. TR 76 serves as a practical reference for e-retailers and online intermediaries to build trust and transparency in online transactions.
